DIAMOND CUT ALLOY WHEELS
Diamond cut alloys are a great way of mixing finishes on your alloy wheels. This process involves using specialist lathe equipment to remove a thin layer of alloy from the wheel. Diamond cutting can only be done a number of times as this process will eventually remove too much alloy.
Using our state of the art CNC diamond cut wheel lathe we are able to quickly repair customers polished wheels efficiently and to the highest standard available.
Once the tyre is removed and replaced we also conduct wheel balancing and quality checks to ensure your wheel is repair safely and effectively.

ALLOY WHEEL POWDER COATING
Our alloy wheel powder coating process uses advanced technology to create a more durable finish than simply painting. Every single wheel receiving this process is fully stripped back to the bare alloy and refurbished before the coating is applied.
Alloy wheel powder coating is a decorative finish for alloy wheels. It’s sprayed on like traditional paint. However, it settles on the surface dry rather than liquid. It’s not until the coating is heated treated that the paint “flows out” of the coating and forms a gel over the surface of the wheel.

Alloy Wheel wraps are a great cost effective way of adding some personality to your wheels. This method has a number of limitations and only really lends its self to flat surfaces or faces of an alloy wheel.
Completely wrapping an alloy wheel is not something that is done very often due to the complexity involved. Many wrappers also prefer to not do it as the vinyl can become damaged quite easily and peel. This is avoidable through applying a lacquer finish to the wheel and protecting the vinyl. If you really want to wrap your alloy wheels, it is of course possible.
